Kevin R. Miller’s engaging and interactive programs have delighted individuals and teams internationally for over 20 years. As founder of VisionBound International, Inc., and co-founder of Classic Learning Adventures, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Boeing, ConocoPhillips, Novell and Toyota, as well as dozens of smaller companies and numerous educational and government and military agencies. He packs his programs with nuts and bolts tools and best-practices ideas that help participants make genuine change. Dr. Stephen R. As a former active duty Army officer, Kevin observed first hand the power of leadership as a “force multiplier” and specializes in helping individuals become extraordinary leaders through his Leadership In Action program. Kevin has spent many years assisting companies and organizations in creating powerful, effective change. His renowned “Customers Only Want Two Things” customer service seminar series is revolutionizing service programs in retailers all over the country. His other topics include Crucial Conversations™, stress and time management, team building, strategic thinking and planning, project management and over a dozen others. He also specializes in combining seminars with incentive travel programs aboard cruises and in resort settings around the world. He recently co-authored the book Real World Customer Service Strategies that Work.
Kevin is active in the National Speaker’s Association and lives with his family in Springville, Utah.
