"Real leaders do not deny, ignore or repress conflict, but rather see it as an opportunity. Once everyone sees it that way they are ready to exchange their combative stance for a creative posture, because they don’t feel threatened, they feel challenged." --Warren Bennis

Course #5

From Conflict to Synergy: Resolving Interpersonal and Group Conflict

Is conflict good or bad? What is conflict and how is it a valued member of your team? Are you experiencing conflict with important people in your life? How can we shed our old paradigms about conflict and turn it to a positive force in our lives and organizations? This workshop helps you learn and practice proven techniques for resolving conflicts and turning conflicts into challenging opportunities for growth. I use interactive group discussions and role-playing to demonstrate the five basic styles of conflict resolution. A must for anyone who wants to improve their communication and problem solving skills!

Not only that, but this workshop is a lot of fun!
