Course #10

Fear Not!: Planning & Navigating Change

Never, since the beginning of human-kind, has there been a time of such rapid and panoramic change. Change is probably happening in your organization, and your life, at such a pace that your head is spinning. How do we plan change and navigate our lives and organizations through the change process and what are the secrets and tools for flourishing in times of change? I focus this workshop on both the challenges and opportunities that come in times of change and promise to provide useful and practical tools for leading and managing change. Learn how to reduce the stress of change, turning it into an exciting and non-threatening opportunity for self and others.

Some of the material and concepts are drawn from John Kotter's landmark book, Leading Change. He identifies the eight things that must be present in order to lead change, and the eight things that derail change in an organization.
