Quit Juggling and Start Pitching: Living a Balanced Life

As I travel about and talk to people, I find that many report a severe drop in their "Joy Quotient." They feel they are losing control of their lives and can’t find time for the things that matter most. Are you struggling to balance career, family, self, friends and other things? I have designed this workshop to help us find ways to live a full, abundant and balanced life. Learn keys for balancing our own lives and increasing our personal effectiveness. In this workshop, we will explore and apply concrete tools for identifying priorities and allocating our energies to make the most of our professional, personal, and family lives. This workshop has a lot of great quotes and ideas, and a nice model for understanding how to think of life and living in a balanced way.

Happier and more peaceful lives as we come to understand how to balance the various aspects of our lives and apply our energies in a balanced way.
