"It takes a mighty fine meeting to beat no meeting at all." --Boyd K. Packer

Course #14

Zapping Up your Meetings

"The biggest problem in America is making ends meet and making meetings end." How often have you found yourself frustrated, twiddling your thumbs, in a useless, boring, disorganized and unplanned meeting you should not even have been invited to? Sound familiar? Meetings are a costly way of doing business, so when have them, we must make the most of them. Ineffective meetings are most often cited as a top frustration and time waster in organizations of all sizes. I have assembled some great ideas on how to conduct powerful and effective meetings. You will learn essential meeting management skills, including how to plan, prepare, and conduct, as well as create agendas and meeting follow-ups. This workshop can make an immediate and positive difference in your workplace and organizations.
