The Headachers: Dealing with Difficult Personalities

You know who they are..the "jerks at work," the chronically difficult folks you interface with nearly every week. (And you might even be on someone else’s list!) Everyone struggles occasionally while relating with difficult personalities. This lively and interactive single session, two-hour workshop will help you identify and work with the various types of difficult personalities and master techniques for developing positive working and living relationships with almost anyone! It is based on Dr. Robert Bramson’s work and video and provides concrete tools for working with difficult people.

Participants who have the skills to gently deal with difficult personalities, thereby reducing their personal frustrations and stress while accomplishing the important business at hand.

Anyone experiencing the frustrations of dealing with particularly difficult and irritating personalities, whether on the job or in social settings. This workshop is particularly ideal for those who work directly with customers, particularly in highly emotional situations.

How to deal with the seven basic types of difficult personalities such as the Sherman Tank, Sniper, Exploder, Clam, Negativist, Know-it-all, Super Agreeable and Indecisive.
