Course #19
Right On Time! Managing and Tracking Projects
This is just how we want our projects to turn out: Right, and On Time.
Managing projects is a toughie: we have to have both people skills and
organizational/task skills to keep a project on target without unnecessary
"collateral damage" to relationships. I have designed this workshop
to explore useful methods for tracking large and small projects in any
work or personal setting. We will learn and practice how to identify,
clarify, delegate and track the essential steps in a project. This workshop
will increase your personal effectiveness both as a leader and as a team
member. By the way, the Six Phases of a Project are NOT: 1) Enthusiasm,
2) Disillusionment, 3) Panic, 4) Search for the guilty, 5) Punishment
of the Innocent, and 6) Praise and Honors for the Non-participants. (Could
have fooled you, right??)
