Out of the Box: Creative Problem Solving
What does it mean to "think outside the box." We hear about
it all the time, but what are ways to inspire ourselves and others to
really apply those creative juices to the tough problems we ponder. In
this workshop, we explore new and exciting ways to solve problems. Learn
the steps of effective problem solving and how to apply a variety of problem
solving and decision- making techniques such as decision matrices, brainstorming,
star-bursting and mind mapping. The workshop also provides tools for enhancing
and encouraging creative thinking throughout your organization.
