Kevin's bright energy and dynamic presentations have been a favorite
with college audiences and college-age students for over 15 years in the
U.S. and Europe. His varied experiences include teaching in three colleges,
serving on active duty as an army officer, and as an entrepreneur of two
companies. He has worked with hundreds of audiences of students, faculty
and staff in over 20 subject areas. His passion lies in the power of leadership
and the energy and lasting joy that comes through building effective relationships,
managing stress and focusing our lives on what matters most. No one leaves

keynote presentation about stress will have everyone relaxed and feeling
great! There's lots of fun participation and interaction as he presents
his six spoked "stress-out wheel" and demonstrates how humor,
deep breathing, relaxation exercises, music, biofeedback, aroma-therapy
and many other tools will dissolve the stress in college life and beyond!

"Joyology: Finding Joy in Everyday Life" This is a thoroughly
unique presentation like no other in the world. Kevin challenges the world's
concepts of where joy comes from (it is always from within, not from without)

way people live and think.
"Extraordinary Leadership: the Gettysburg Connection"
Kevin's gripping presentation explores the powerful and critical differences

In this thought-provoking session, Kevin teaches the art of LifeLeadership.
He presents tools and concepts for creating a personal life purpose statement
with a handout that participants can later use to deeply analyze themselves
and create a life purpose statement. He discusses key ideas for how to
say "no" to unimportant, distracting things and stay focused
on what is important. He teaches the art of setting personal SMART goals,
and many other tools for leading a successful, happy life.
"Chill Out: The Art of Resolving Conflict": Packed
with powerful tools for resolving conflict with others and turning conflict
into opportunities and challenges. Audiences enjoy his fun way of using
participants to illustrate the various conflict management styles and
practicing using assertive I-messages. This seminar will leave everyone

This two hour seminar presents new findings on leadership based on the
new book by this title, plus practices of exemplary leadership. Kevin
illustrates it with great anecdotes from history and provides a stimulating
handout packet that leaves participants with tools and challenges to become
greater leaders.
"Making Meetings Work": Tool packed workshop filled with
ideas on how to run powerful, energetic and effective SHORTER meetings.

"Creative Teaching for Faculty": No one will ever teach
quite the same after this dynamic and tool-packed seminar. Kevin demonstrated
dozens of creative ways to teach just about anything, from creative and
stimulating class openers, to how to use games such as Learning Jeopardy
and Tic Tac Toe. He shows how to teach to different learning styles and
how to identify learning styles in students. He shows how to use such
tools as learning journals, the 3 minute paper, the 10-3 Rule, the 7 Minute

favorite workshops for college staff. He presents dozens of ideas on how
to understand what turns Generation Y workers on and how to motivate and
lead student employees to achieve incredible results. You'll come away

great start and making the most of their talents and energies.
"Customers Only Want Two Things": One of Kevin's "signature"
workshops in which he presents dozens of tools and ideas for firing up
your customer service program in the university. This workshop provides

Based in part on the great book, Leading Change by John Kotter, this workshop
provides great tools on how to inspire the change vision, overcome resistance

"Stress-Out and Joy-In": A two-hour, more in-depth workshop
on how to achieve joy and reduce stress in self, family and work environments.
A six spoke wheel model explains tools we can use to recognize and reduce
stress and return our lives to levels of every-day joy.
"Pullin' Together: Building Powerful Teams": This two
hour fun and very interactive workshop takes a group through the steps
of team development: forming, norming, storming and performing. Kevin
brings some fun, but non-threatening, illustrative team games and experiences.

"Resolving Team and Interpersonal Conflict": Kevin presents
great information and tools for unlocking the potential of positive differences
and keeping conflict from steaming into contention. Participants will
discover their "default style" for resolving conflict and learn
