"Joyology: Finding Joy in Everyday Life" This is a thoroughly unique presentation like no other in the world. Kevin challenges the world's concepts of where joy comes from (it is always from within, not from without) and presents six principles for discovering, and rediscovering, the true sources of everyday joy. This life-changing workshop forever affects the way people live and think.

"Extraordinary Leadership: the Gettysburg Connection" Kevin's gripping presentation explores the powerful and critical differences between management and extraordinary leadership and outlines six fundamental imperatives for becoming exemplary leaders. Emotionally illustrated with powerful visuals and fascinating historical examples, such as the heroic leadership of Colonel Joshua Chamberlain in the battle of Gettysburg. This is also a great presentation for business and student government groups.

"Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When the Stakes are High": Based on the New York Times best-seller, Kevin presents powerful ideas and dozens of practical tools on how to unlock the power of interpersonal communication to resolve conflict, create synergy and build lasting relationships.

"LifeLeadership: Creating Yourself in a Changing World" In this thought-provoking session, Kevin teaches the art of LifeLeadership. He presents tools and concepts for creating a personal life purpose statement with a handout that participants can later use to deeply analyze themselves and create a life purpose statement. He discusses key ideas for how to say "no" to unimportant, distracting things and stay focused on what is important. He teaches the art of setting personal SMART goals, and many other tools for leading a successful, happy life.

"Chill Out: The Art of Resolving Conflict": Packed with powerful tools for resolving conflict with others and turning conflict into opportunities and challenges. Audiences enjoy his fun way of using participants to illustrate the various conflict management styles and practicing using assertive I-messages. This seminar will leave everyone more confident in working out conflict with others.
